In referring to the Pharisees’ disagreement with Messiah’s teachings, He declared:

Matt. 15:14  “They are blind leading the blind – and if one blind man leads another, they will both fall into the pit.”

The onus is on the individual to find Truth – and this is backed by God’s undertaking to lead any sincere seeker into all the Truth.

Jer. 29:13  “When you seek Me, you shall find Me; when you seek Me with all your heart – I will let you find Me”
